Flat Pack Kiosk

The Flat Pack Kiosk is a portable demountable kiosk that can be used for promotional events and exhibitions. It was commissioned by the Hellenic Society for the Protection of the Environment and the Cultural Heritage in Greece. It consists mainly or wooden parts which fit together and interlock giving it structural integrity without the need of screws, nuts or bolts. The economy in the use of natural materials and the simple method of assembly reflect the fundamental values of tradition, environmental awareness and sustainability which the Hellenic Society stands for. In parallel, the limited and efficient use of metal parts, where required, adds a slight contemporary feel to the design, thereby affirming the modern and dynamic character of the Hellenic Society.
